Please read these Terms carefully before using SitePulse. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SitePulse operated by AriesBlaze Digital Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use SitePulse.

2. Service Description

SitePulse is a web-based tool that provides website performance audits using the Google PageSpeed Insights API, live HTML parsing, SSL checks, and other publicly available analysis techniques. The Service is available at sitepulseng.netlify.app.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. Free Plan

SitePulse offers a free tier allowing up to 3 website audits per day without creating an account, with performance scores, Core Web Vitals, and up to 5 detected issues per scan.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or modify free access if misuse is detected including automated scraping, bot usage, or attempts to circumvent rate limits.

4. Pro Plan and Payments

4.1 Pro Plan Features

The Pro plan (₦4,999 per month) unlocks all 12+ detected issues, full HTML structure analysis, PDF report export, unlimited daily scans, desktop performance scores, and priority WhatsApp support.

4.2 Billing

Payment is processed via Paystack. By subscribing, you authorize Paystack to charge your selected payment method. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

4.3 Subscription Period

Each subscription grants 30 days of Pro access. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Your Pro status automatically reverts to the free tier when your subscription expires.

4.4 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time with at least 14 days notice via email or a notice on the pricing page.

5. Refund Policy

All Pro plan payments are generally non-refundable once Pro features have been accessed. However, we will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged but Pro features were never activated due to a technical error on our end.
  • You were charged twice for the same billing period.
  • You contact us within 24 hours of purchase and have not yet used any Pro features.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the Service to analyze websites you do not own or have explicit permission to audit
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from SitePulse in an automated manner
  • Use bots or scripts to circumvent scan limits or overload our infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Submit malicious URLs or URLs designed to harm our infrastructure
  • Share or resell your Pro subscription credentials with others
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws

7. Third-Party Services

SitePulse relies on Google PageSpeed Insights API, Supabase, Paystack, and the AllOrigins CORS proxy. These services have their own terms which apply to their respective use. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

SitePulse, its design, code, branding, and all original content are owned by AriesBlaze Digital Solutions and protected by applicable copyright laws. You retain all rights to the URLs and content you submit for analysis.

9. Disclaimers

SitePulse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We make no warranties that audit results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Fixing issues identified by SitePulse does not guarantee improvements in search engine rankings, traffic, or revenue.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AriesBlaze Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim, or ₦5,000, whichever is less.

11. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent free plan limits.
  • Sharing account credentials with others is not permitted on any plan.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms without refund. To delete your account, email ariesblaze1@gmail.com. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at ariesblaze1@gmail.com.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of SitePulse after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
