1. Who We Are
SitePulse is a website audit tool built and operated by AriesBlaze Digital Solutions, based in Lagos, Nigeria. We provide free and paid website performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and HTML analysis services powered by the Google PageSpeed Insights API.

2. What We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Email address — when you create an account or enter your email at the audit gate.
- Password — stored as a secure hash by Supabase. We never see your plaintext password.
- Contact messages — name, email, and message when you submit the fix request form.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Website URLs you submit for analysis — sent to Google PageSpeed API and fetched via CORS proxy. We do not store the HTML content of analyzed websites.
- Scan counts — stored in your browser localStorage to enforce free plan limits.
- Subscription data — user ID, Paystack payment reference, plan name, start date, and expiry date.
2.3 What we do NOT collect
- We do not store the HTML content of websites you analyze.
- We do not collect payment card details — handled entirely by Paystack.
- We do not run advertising networks or sell data to third parties.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Providing the service — to run website audits and enforce plan limits.
- Account management — to authenticate you and manage your subscription.
- Communication — to respond to support requests you initiate. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
- Legal compliance — to comply with applicable laws or protect the rights of our users.
4. Third-Party Services
Google PageSpeed Insights API
We send the URLs you submit to Google PageSpeed Insights. Google's Privacy Policy applies.
Supabase
We use Supabase to store user accounts and subscription records. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
Paystack
Payments are processed by Paystack. SitePulse never receives your card details. See Paystack Privacy.
AllOrigins CORS Proxy
To parse website HTML, we route requests through allorigins.win. We do not store the fetched HTML content.
5. Data Storage and Retention
- Account data is stored in Supabase and retained as long as your account exists.
- Subscription records are retained for up to 7 years for financial compliance.
- Scan counts are stored only in your browser localStorage and are never sent to our servers.
- Audit results are processed in your browser only and not stored on our servers.
7. Your Rights
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion — request account and data deletion. We comply within 30 days except where law requires retention.
- Portability — request a machine-readable export of your account data.

8. Children's Privacy
SitePulse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe your child has provided us data, contact us immediately.
9. Security
- All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
- Passwords are hashed by Supabase — we never see your plaintext password.
- Our database uses Row Level Security so users can only access their own records.
- We do not store payment card information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email where possible.
